Shipping Policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is applicable within United States. Your shipping options are as followed based on different conditions: 

UPS Ground: 2 - 6 Business Days 
USPS Priority Mail: 3 - 5 Business Days, includes Saturday

If you need the urgent delivery service, please contact us at support@woodronic.shop, and our customer service will immediately help you with this. Extra fees will be needed for urgent delivery.

 

Outside U.S. Shipping

If you are international customers outside the US, and hope to buy our Woodronic products, please contact us at support@woodronic.shop, and our customer service will help you handle the shipping issue and confirm the shipping charges. All international customers will be charged based on your location and the weight of your package. 

 

International Shipping

We verify all customer’s information prior to shipping, and if we cannot prove you are the legitimate owner of the card being used, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

If package is held in customs, it is the customer’s responsibility. Should customs happen to stop the package, you need to pay for them and receive your package; or you may refuse it and have it re-delivered back to us. In the latter case, you must notify us that the package is being returned. You also have the option to let us re-shipping the package or to let us issue a credit for the amount of the product only. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have it re-shipped. 

If package is lost or damaged during the shipping, you could please contact us and show us the proof, and we can then re-ship a new replacement to you, but you need to pay for the additional shipping fees.

Free Shipping offers are for U.S. destinations only, and cannot be honored on orders being shipped outside the U.S.
