Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping is applicable within the United States and Canada. Your estimated shipping options and timelines are as followed based on different conditions.

Processing Time: 24-48 hours (excluding weekends)

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

Expedited Delivery*: 4-5 business days

Priority Delivery*: 3-4 business days

Extra fees will be needed for our urgent delivery including Expedited and Priority Delivery. For more details, please contact us at support@woodronic.shop for help.

Estimated shipping timelines and free shipping offers do not apply to: (1) products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders; (2) products shipping to PO boxes & APO addresses.

 

International Shipping

We can sell and ship some products internationally, depending on the destination. If you are international customers outside the US and Canada, and hope to buy our Woodronic products, please contact us at support@woodronic.shop, and our customer service will confirm if our shipping service covers your locations, and help you handle the shipping issue and confirm the shipping charges. All international orders will be charged based on your location and the weight of your package. 

We verify all customer’s information prior to shipping, and if we cannot prove you are the legitimate owner of the card being used, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

If package is held in customs, it is the customer’s responsibility. Should customs happen to stop the package, you need to pay for them and receive your package; or you may refuse it and have it re-delivered back to us. In the latter case, you must notify us that the package is being returned. You also have the option to let us re-shipping the package or to let us issue a credit for the amount of the product only. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have it re-shipped. 

If package is lost or damaged during the shipping, you could please contact us and show us the proof, and we can then re-ship a new replacement to you, but you need to pay for the additional shipping fees.
